The Atacama'sL Speaker Stand is a heavy duty speaker stand for the professional when a larger and more robust stand is needed. Winner of two 'Hi-Fi Choice' awards and awarded five stars by 'What Hi-Fi? Sound and Vision', the SL Speaker Stand is available in seven different heights, with the option of three different colours.
For a stand with even more mass, the central column of the SL Speaker Stand can be filled with Atcama Atabites. Atabites are high density filler designed for mass loading of speaker stands. These delta shaped chips interlock together, creating a minimum of air gaps and increasing the overall mass of the speaker stands; this results in less vibration and therefore less sonic interference.
Adjustable heavy duty spikes are supplied with the SL Speaker stand. Spikes and solation Gel Pads for use on the top plate are also available as an added extra.
