Goods must be returned to us unopened, undamaged and as soon as reasonably possible. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items are returned in a used condition outside of the normal 7 working days period of the DTi "Distance Selling Regulations". We will return any item without a refund if we receive a used item. We feel this is only fair and would ask customers to kindly cooperate with this condition.
We will refund to the payment card the price paid for the goods (minus the original shipping) returned to us within 7 working days of receipt of the returned items.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Customised special orders or made-to-measure items are excluded from both our 30 day cancellation and the Distance Selling Regulations. For business customers, we are under no obligation to automatically accept a return. However, it is our policy to look at each case individually and will normally accept a return of unused items.
