Digital coax interconnects are engineered to transfer digital high definition stereo signals from a CD player or multichannel audio signals like DTS® and Dolby Digital® from a DVD player to an AV receiver or processor.
Digital coax interconnects are not supplied with new CD or DVD players and must therefore be brought separately.
