We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase so in addition to your statutory rights we give you a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee whereby within 30 days of receiving goods from us you can cancel your contract and return the goods to us, provided the item is in a re-saleable condition, (i.e. unused, unmarked, un-assembled and in original unmarked packaging and undamaged in any way, including but not limited to: broken glass; damaged panels; scratches; scuffs; stains; blemishes). To do this please contact us by phone or e-mail. We will give you a returns authorization number and instructions on how to return the goods. Once you decide to return the goods you must not use them and must take reasonable care of them while they remain in your possession.
Goods must be returned to us unopened, undamaged and as soon as reasonably possible. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items are returned in a used condition outside of the normal 14 working days period of the DTi Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 (CCR). Please note that this does not apply to business customers, although we will consider any reasonable request. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item and ensure the package has been reasonably protected in return transit. We will return any item without a refund if we receive a used item. We feel this is only fair and would ask customers to kindly cooperate with this condition.
We will refund to the payment card the price paid for the goods (minus the cost of shipping to you) returned to us within 7 working days of receipt of the returned items.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Customised special orders or made-to-measure items are excluded from both our 30 day cancellation and the DTi Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 (CCR). For business customers, we are under no obligation to automatically accept a return. However, it is our policy to look at each case individually and will normally accept a return of unused items.
