If you find a lower price, anywhere else on a new identical item, just show us the lower price when you buy the item at Chase AV Direct and we’ll match the price. Use the link on every product page to ask us about a specific product.

Which items does Chase AV Direct price match?

Almost everything we sell. The item must be identical, including model number, components and U.K. warranty. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from an authorized UK reseller, whose authorization we reserve the right to verify. The competitor’s price must include delivery.

Which items aren’t available for price match?

• We don’t match our prices to those items sold on auction sites or at local or special events (e.g., grand opening, anniversary or liquidation sales)
• We don’t price match typographical errors
• We will not match against clearance, closing down sales or specialist retailers such as market stalls
• We don’t match promotional offers such as buy one get one free
• We are unable to price match retrospectively, so if it has shipped then a price match will not be available
